Is to become the engine for talent and commerce that drives the rebirth of San Francisco music culture; by cultivating an artist development ecosystem that empowers musicians and performers to thrive in the Bay Area & beyond.

ADDRESS
1353 Bush St., San Francisco, CA 94109
We’re located in the Polk-Gulch at the crossroads of Bush and Polk.
Let’s imagine Music City San Francisco (MCSF) is a multi-string guitar where each fret is a sub-brand that is offered. Any single string can make a sound, but only when used together will music and song take form.
HOTEL
A music-themed hotel and hostel on the top floors of the MCSF building.
REHEARSAL
Hourly rehearsal studios that are fully back-lined and affordable.
ENTERTAINMENT
The non-profit, community-driven talent booking agent of MCSF that hires local musicians for gigs.
SFMHOF (San Francisco Music Hall of Fame)
Paying homage to the Bay Area music and musicians that came before us, broken into three parts: The SFMHOF Gallery (Displayed throughout the Hotel), The Brick Walk (Displayed outside the building), and The Visionars (Displayed throughout the MCSF building).
ARTIST DEVELOPMENT / EDUCATION
An onsite music education program that helps musicians develop and focus their business, creative, and performative skills in order to be successful in the industry.
There is a parking garage located on the same block as us at the corner of Polk & Bush streets with a daily rate of $36 for 24 hours (there is a special $8 overnight rate if you enter after 9 PM and exit before 9 AM the next day); however, we do not have parking of our own. The parking garage on Polk & Bush is locked up at night and is a secure place to park overnight. Street parking is free in the city after 6 PM; however, please be aware of signs for parking and street cleaning restrictions to avoid getting your vehicle towed and avoiding fines. It is NOT recommended to leave items visible in your car overnight in San Francisco.

Hey everyone! We need help with NAMES!!!
We are reaching the end of this project, now comes the fun stuff: decorating and naming rooms. There are a few “venues” in this building – one main + smaller ones.
Any ideas what the smaller ones could be called? Here is some food for thought:
💭 We are all things rock n roll, but want to include all music types in this building, past, present, and future. The summer of love is a huge inspiration for us: everyone coming together for the love of music!

We love supporting local artists! @patiyochella is a growing backyard festival here in the Bay. The festival brings together a great line-up of local artists and this year there are 8 bands on the line-up including @the.lamps.band, @wave_wise, @gooftheband, @thehottakesband, @cardboardpeople_, @theliveoaks, @tuckerowen, & @sokojomusic
We`re supporting the team behind this event with sound production and so happy to be a part of it. If you`re interested in checking some rad music out and finding out more follow @Patiyochella on IG. More info about the event is on their page!
AND if you love supporting local artists too, visit their gofundme in their linktr.ee!
